LITTLE FALLS Anahid (Ann) Rice, 75 of Snells Bush Road, Little Falls passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at her residence following a brief illness, comforted and surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 2, 1932 in Massena, NY the daughter of the late Carl K. and Alice (Attanasian) Pelifian. She was a graduate of Massena High School. She was united in marriage to her husband of 50 years Stanley E. Rice on March 2, 1957 at the Emmanuel Episcopal Church, Little Falls. Stanley predeceased her on March 22, 2007. Ann was employed for many years by the former Little Falls Color Print Corp., Little Falls. She is survived by 3 sons Gregory Rice and his wife Kim, Kingston, TN,, Eric Rice and his wife Lorri, Troy, NY and Garth Rice and his wife Beth, Mohawk, a daughter Ellen Rice, South Lake Tahoe, Calif., 2 brothers H. Garbis Pelifian, Booneville and Henry Pelifian, New Hartford and a sister Avkeena (Effie) Pelifian, New Hartford, 5 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Memorial services for both Ann & Stanley will be held at a future time and date to be announced. Final interment will take place in Rural Park Cemetery, Inghams Mills. Arrangements are by the Chapman-Moser Funeral Home, Inc., 42 N. Ann Street, Little Falls. There are no calling hours. It is the wish of the family that contributions in memory of Ann be considered to the American Heart Association, PO Box 3049, Syracuse, NY 13220 or to the American Cancer Society, 100 Court Lomond Court, Utica, NY 13502. Envelopes are also available at the funeral home for this purpose.
