ESPERACNE, NY – Camille A. Hopp, 80 of Esperance Road, Esperance, NY passed away Monday, September 7, 2015 at the St. Johnsville Nursing & Rehab. Center, St. Johnsville where she had been a resident for the past several months. She was born on June 8, 1935 in New York City, NY the daughter of the late Frank and Marie Sasso. She was a graduate of Swanaka High School, Elmont, LI, NY. She was united in marriage to her husband of 53 years George W. Hopp, Sr. on April 24, 1956 in Long Island, NY. Mr. Hopp predeceased her on September 21, 2007. Mrs. Hopp was employed for many years in the cafeteria and as a teachers aid for the Carmel School District, Carmel, NY. Following her retirement she and her husband relocated to Esperance where she was later employed by the Whispering Pine Center, Delanson, NY. She is survived by her sons; George W. Hopp, Jr. and his wife Lori, Esperance, NY and Michael J. Hopp and his wife Tammy, New Milford, Conn., her daughter; Maria Helmer (Chris Moser), Little Falls, NY and her six grandchildren.
