Mrs. Carol A. Carter, 88, of Little Falls, NY, passed peacefully at Little Falls Hospital on October 31, 2026. Born on February 17, 1938, Carol was the cherished daughter of Fred and Florence Moshier. A proud graduate of St. Johnsville High School, she spent 15 years as a valued teller at Herkimer Co. Trust Bank.

On August 19, 1966, in Reno, Nevada, she married Clifford L. Carter, who passed away on January 9, 2005. She was also reunited with her beloved son Scott Allen Carter, who passed on April 20, 1972, and her dear sisters Joan Leon, Joyce LaVenture, and Barbara Murray.

Carol leaves behind her son Wayne (Kim) Carter; her daughter Cynthia A. McManus and husband James; and cherished grandchildren Kirsten Loucks, Alyssa Duesler with Justin Edwards, and Kaitlyn Duesler, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A graveside service in her honor will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, November 6, 2026, at St. Mary's Cemetery, Route 5 in Herkimer, NY. A celebration of life will be held the same day at 4 pm at the Little Falls Polish Club. In remembrance of Carol's generous spirit, memorial contributions to a charity of your choice are welcome.
