Catherine Mary Hale Devine, (who preferred to be called Kate) 92, of Petrie Street, Little Falls, New York died Friday, July 17, 2020 at Alpine Nursing and Rehab Center, following a long debilitating illness. Kate was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on March 10, 1928 daughter of the late Dwight & Catherine Hale. Kate lived in the Little Falls area for the past 3 years, previously residing in Hudson Beach, Florida. Kate worked as the Head Department Secretary for The Staten Island Community College. She was of Catholic faith and now in the arms of God. Kate loved to cook, go shopping, enjoyed redecorating her home and spending time with all her grandchildren. She is survived by her sons, John & Lisa (DIL) Muldoon, James Muldoon; Daughters, Marie Nisi, Catherine Tripi; Grandchildren, Jessie, Michael, Tanya, Christina, Robbie, Suzanne, Brian and Erin; Great-grandchildren, Jackson, Angelina, and Landon. We will miss her dearly. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, July 25th, 2020 at 11:00am at Holy Family Parish, 763 E. Main Street, Little Falls, NY 13365. Arrangements are under the direction of Chapman-Moser Funeral Home, 42 N. Ann Street, Little Falls, NY.
