LITTLE FALLS Marc A. Mitchell, 55 of the Shells Bush Road, Little Falls passed away Thursday, December 22, 2011 at Bassett Medical Center, Cooperstown following a brief illness. He was born on December 26, 1955 in Little Falls the son of the late Myron (Bud) and Margaret (Sherwood) Mitchell. He was a graduate of Little Falls High School class of 1974. Mr. Mitchell was employed at one time by the Beech Nut Corp., Canajoharie. He was later employed by VIP Structures, Syracuse and was last employed by the Tioga Construction Co., Herkimer. A member of the Sons of the American Legion Post, Little Falls, he enjoyed watching NASCAR and football especially following the "Packers" over the years, but most of all spending time with his family. He is survived by his fiancé© Lisa E. Johnson, Little Falls, his beloved daughter Jessie-Lynn Margarette Mitchell at home, his brother and sister in law Michael A. and Kristen Mitchell, Syracuse, nieces Erica Rose Mitchell, Laura Irene Mitchell, and Kelsey Elizabeth Colvin all of Syracuse, his fiancé©s mother Barbara Johnson, Little Falls and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the Chapman-Moser Funeral Home, Inc., 42 N. Ann Street, Little Falls. There are no calling hours.
