LITTLE FALLS – Nellie Viskup, 100, of W. Gansevoort Street, Little Falls, NY passed away Thursday, May 17, 2018 at Little Falls Hospital. She was born on March 30, 1918 in Herkimer, NY the daughter of the late John and Olga (Bankowski) Orlowski. She was educated in Herkimer schools. On July 16, 1938 she was united in marriage to her husband of 49 years Stephen Viskup at the Trinity Lutheran Church, Herkimer. Mr. Viskup predeceased her on January 16, 1988. Mrs. Viskup was employed for many years as a seamstress for the former P&K Dress Co., Little Falls. She is survived by her sons, Steven A. Viskup, Little Falls with whom she resided and who has been her caregiver for the past ten years and David J. Viskup, Tacoma, Wash., her sister Lottie Aldi, Marcy and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, John Orlowski, Jr., her sister, Helen Cody and her daughter in law, Dorothy Viskup on November 5, 2016. Funeral services will be held will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will take place at Holy Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Little Falls with the Rev. Joseph Famulare, officiating.
