Miss Rose-ellen S. Mook, 50, of Little Falls, NY, passed away on July 23, 2023, at Bassett Healthcare of Cooperstown.

She was born on January 27, 1973, in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania, the daughter of Richard and Roxanne Mooney Congdon.

In 1991 She graduated from Little Falls High School, and continued to attend college at HCCC, MVCC and FMCC.

She has worked as a customer service representative at many local area businesses.

Rose-ellen enjoyed life action role playing, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Her maternal grandmother, Rose Mooney, and paternal grandmother Irene Congdon, both predeceased her in death.

She is survived by her parents Richard and Roxanne Congdon; paternal grandfather Robert Congdon; brothers Charles Mook, Wayne and Muranda Congdon, and Stephen Congdon; special aunt Marlene Joslin; as well as nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.

A Celebration of life will be held on Wendsday August 9th, 2023 at 5:00PM at the Sailsbury Firehouse, 2549 NY-29, Salisbury Center, NY 13454.

Interment will take place in Indian Castle Cemetery, at the convenience of the family.
