Mr. Charles L. Mook, 49, of Herkimer, NY, passed away on January 15, 2024,  at his home following a long illness. 
Charles was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, on March 12, 1974, The son of Richard and Roxanne Congdon.
After graduating from Little Falls High School, he attended Herkimer Co. Boces, obtaining his LPN and certificate in phlebotomy. He worked at several area nursing homes.
He was a member of Herkimer United Methodist Church and also enjoyed the "coffee club" at the local Stewarts, fishing, and, most of all, being with his family. 
His sister, Rose-ellen Mook, his maternal and paternal grandmothers, and his maternal grandfather predeceased him.
Survivors include his parents, Richard and Roxanne Congdon; children, Samantha (Dan), Tyler (Ashley), and Morgan (Joe); paternal grandfather Robert Congdon; brother, Wayne and Muranda Congdon, and Steve Congdon; grandchildren Kaydence, Bryson, Makayla; as well as aunts, uncles; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Arrangments for services and cremation are under the direction of Chapman-Moser Funeral Home, 42 N. Ann Street, Little Falls, NY 13365. 
A Celebration of life will occur on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at the Salisbury Fire Department,2549 NY-29, Salisbury Center, NY 13454.
The family wishes to sincerely thank the Little Falls Hospital Dialysis unit staff for their loving support and care to Charles and his family.
